They try to manage the pain on their own. They hope it goes away. Most of the time, it doesn’t. At TWO Gold, the mission is simple: make that first step easier.

Founded in 2022 by Dr. Stacey McDowell, a dentist and former U.S. Navy Dental Officer, TWO Gold was created out of a genuine understanding of what happens when people can't access dental care quickly, affordably, or without anxiety.

The TWO Gold experience was designed to remove as many roadblocks as possible from the process of getting dental help. Here's how it works from the patient's side.
Patients download the TWO Gold app from the Apple Store or Google Play, select the patient registration option,, and complete the short setup process.
It takes just a few minutes and only needs to be done once.
Once registered, patients can view the dentists currently available on the platform, see their profiles, and choose who they'd like to meet with.
Dentists on TWO Gold set their own schedules, and many make themselves available during evenings, weekends, and holidays which are the times when dental emergencies are most likely to strike and traditional offices are most likely to be closed.
With TWO Gold, it’s simple. There’s a single flat fee for your consultation, no insurance requirements, no surprise charges, and nothing confusing to sort through later.
You pay one straightforward amount and are connected directly with your chosen dentist through a secure video call.
During your visit, the dentist will talk through your symptoms, take a look using your camera, and help you understand what’s going on in a way that actually makes sense.
From there, they’ll guide you on what to do next. Depending on your situation, that could include simple at-home care, a prescription sent to your pharmacy, coming in for an in-person visit, or being connected with a specialist if needed.
Everything is handled right through the app, so you’re not left piecing it together on your own.

HIPAA Compliance And Patient Privacy
The platform is fully HIPAA compliant, which means every aspect of how patient information is collected, stored, transmitted, and accessed meets the federal standards set out by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
In practical terms, that means your personal health information: your name, your symptoms, your consultation history, any notes or prescriptions arising from your visit, is protected. It is not sold. It is not shared with third parties without your consent. It is not accessible to anyone outside of the clinical relationship you establish when you connect with a dentist on the platform.
